Women & Co.’s objective is to bring together a group of like-minded women, who are knowledgeable, well-rounded and driven. The organization name represents all that it encompasses.
Women & Co. is a platform for women in business to engage, educate, and empower each other. Women & Co. engages in networking events and professional development workshops. Alongside working with our members, Women & Co’s mission is to educate and work with the IU community as a whole as members engage in networking events and professional development workshops. Further, the organization works with the IU community to educate students on how women can be successful throughout their personal and professional careers. Women & Co. plans events focused on open dialogue and communication to empower one another and develop personally.
